Simple. Amazing. Salsa.

This salsa is so delicious, so easy. I literally eat it with a spoon (whoops.) It takes about 5 minutes…you can’t NOT make it.

In my opinion, the key to any homemade salad is fresh cilantro. Cilantro is everything. If you skip the cilantro, prepare to be disappointed.

The measurements I am giving you can be tweaked. Play around with these ingredients and have a little fun!

NEEDED FOR THIS RECIPE: Food Processor 

Ingredients:

  • 3/4-1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cans of diced or chopped Mexican canned tomatoes (or variation of this, like chili tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies.)
  • 2 limes
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • 1/2 white onion
  • Dash of salt

Instructions:

  • Take all of the ingredients above and place into a food processor.
  • Pulse about 12-15 times, until the consistency is diced and smooth.
  • Enjoy!
  • NOTE: If you are working with a slightly smaller food processor, pulse cilantro, onions, and garlic first. Set aside in a bowl. Pulse tomatoes, lime, and salt in the second round. Remove tomato mixture and add to cilantro/onion/garlic mix. Fold ingredients together with a rubber spatula and enjoy!
